Game Night

Play games. Make accessories. Level up your experience.

Maker Pub isn't just a place to play – it's a place to make. Play Magic: The Gathering, board games, or D&D, then 3D print your own custom deck boxes, dice towers, life counters, and more. No game store offers that.

How It Works

Make friends with other gamers and makers. Share tips, trade cards, and build your community. We're more than a game store – we're a hangout for people who love games, making things and learning together in a third space.

1. Show up & play

Drop in during a scheduled game night or open lab hours. Bring your deck, grab a board game, or join a table.

2. Start a print

Pick a gaming accessory from our project menu. Staff help you set it up on one of our 3D printers.

3. Play while it prints

Your print runs while you game. Finish it off with paint or a custom color at the end of the night.

Why Game Night at Maker Pub?

Make what you can't buy

A game store sells you a mass-produced deck box. We help you design and print your own – custom fit for your deck, your colors, your style.

Play while you print

Start a 3D print when you arrive. Play a few rounds of MTG. Pick up your finished deck box on the way out. No wasted time.

Community, not just a store

Maker Pub is a hangout, not a retail shop. Grab a drink, meet other players, and stick around as long as you want.

Cross the streams

Gamers who discover 3D printing. Makers who discover MTG. The best communities form at the intersection.

Frequently Asked Questions

When is game night?
We host scheduled game nights regularly – check our calendar for upcoming dates. You can also come during any open lab hours to play games and work on accessories.
Do I need to bring my own games or cards?
For MTG and trading card games, bring your own deck. We have board games available to borrow, and booster packs for sale. For D&D, we can help you get started.
Can I 3D print gaming accessories during game night?
Yes! That's what makes us different from a game store. Start a print when you arrive, play games while it runs, and take home your custom deck box or dice tower at the end of the night.
What does it cost?
Game night events are free or low cost to attend. 3D printed accessories are priced by project ($18-$35, materials included). Day passes for open lab are $15 ($10 for members). Drinks and snacks available.
Do I need 3D printing experience to make accessories?
Not at all. Staff help you pick a design, set up the print, and finish it. You choose colors and customization – we handle the technical stuff.
What ages are welcome?
Ages 18 and up for game nights. Kids under 18 welcome with a parent or guardian.
