Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I bring my own filament?
- We provide PLA and PETG in a range of colors. If you need a specific material or color we don't stock, let us know ahead of time and we can usually accommodate.
- How long does a typical print take?
- Small items (keychains, tokens) take 30 minutes to an hour. Medium items (deck boxes, phone stands) take 2-4 hours. Large or detailed prints can run 6+ hours.
- Do I need to know how to use slicer software?
- Not for drop-in projects — we have pre-sliced models ready to go. If you want to print your own designs, our Advanced 3D Printing class covers the Bambu Studio software.
- Is the Bambu Lab A1 good for beginners?
- Yes. It's one of the most beginner-friendly printers on the market. Auto-leveling, easy filament loading, and reliable first-layer adhesion mean you get good results without a lot of tinkering.
